113 pp. on glossy paper. Nearly new, small stray reddish mark on rear cover, and lightly thumbed, else perfect. Numerous historical b&w photos on nearly every page. The property is now a city museum, although donor Harry Leu in the 1960s had doubts about whether the city would manage it competently. This book project started in 1987 with interviews and notes compiled by Allaback, and expanded in 1991 with additional social history added by arts writer Laura Stewart and editing by estate curator Julie Cole and editor Joy Dickinson.
