209 pp. Index, b&w photos, including the interior of the Overbrook Town Shop restaurant in Scranton Pa. Spine titling partially rubbed off. Dime-sized ink stain on lower left corner of crimson front cover, a few whitish spots on rear cover. A few foxing spots in text and moderate toning. No publication date but appears to be 1930s or 40s, according to the typography, book design, and culinary terms. A collection of recipes, mostly of the plain cooking variety, apparently collected by the owners of the restaurant cited in the title. A scarce vintage cookbook.
